Great burger and fries today for take out,

One of my favorite places to go for a good time. I was there last nite for dinner and a show and I couldn't have been more impressed. I ordered from the nightly specials menu (seared tuna) and I must say that it was the best tuna I have ever had. Presentation and flavor was exceptional. As for the entertainment, the Melinda Elena Band owned the place! She had the audience singing and dancing all night long.High energy with a voice that wouldn't quit! I couldn't ask for a better combination to fill my night. Keep up the good work Carson.

I had a wonderful experience dining here! The food was so delicious and fresh and the staff was wonderful as well. I don't live in the area; however, my family that lives here says they love it all the time and come here often. All of us really enjoyed our food. We sat outside in the breezeway and it was perfect! Kept the sun off of us while still being able to enjoy the nice air outside.

Bartenders not very friendly. Probably better if they worked at a warehouse!

Tavern in the name says it all. This is one of our favorites after a day out fishing. Cold beer and quality food. Also a nice clean place for a mid day client meeting. Indoor and outdoor seating. It can get a little tight and loud when it gets busy, remember it is a tavern so don't get upset when you have to wait for a drink, just order two at a time!

Carson's has really good food, which is unexpected for "tavern" food. The staff is attentive without being intrusive, and the owner is usually on site. Great place for a drink and dinner or to watch a game. Plus, it's reasonably priced and family friendly!

Great food in a relaxed atmosphere

Carson Tavern is great.Seating is outside between a covered walkway and an other building.Staff wearing mask and gloves.Food great staff friendly.Best place to totally enjoy a meal without worry of viruis.!!

Classic tavern, great food, great service. Pours the best Guinness in town. What I like most, though, is the consistency. I've lived here for the past 10 years, and have been going here since I've moved here, and have yet to be disappointed. George is the best bartender in town!

This place is simply a local institution with quality food, great live music, and always a bustling social atmosphere. Bartenders Jim, George and Troy strive to make you feel right at home while serving the perfect drink!

Was one of the best parts of our America trip, stopped off on our 5 hour long drive in a place we expected to be not amazing, and instead we were greeted with incredible people an amazing local bar and stories to remember

Busy, loud, and high energy. Good food and service.

One of the busier places in Stuart. If you want quiet and quaint this is probably not it during peak hours. But it is a Younger and more active crowd. Not really my scene

We really love Carson's. Kind of tucked away. We sort of came upon it by accident. We've been there only three times and loved the food all three times!

Great! We had the catch of the day. It was very fresh and delicious. The coldslaw was very tasty so we're the fries. The music was awesome. Really enjoyed it.

The filet mignon sandwich was superb! Perfectly cooked with crispy onion straws and enough greens to feel I had a serving of veggies. Couldn't ask for more.

Best Burger I've eaten. Beautifully prepared and wonderfully presented. Awesome and friendly staff. Try the sweet potato fries or chicken nachos. Watch a game and drink a cold one in a good vibe surroundings.

Food and atmosphere always great

Carson's is A GREAT neighborhood tavern and restaurant. Always have a great time. Anytime I have friends in town, I take them to Carson's - good food, good selection, great people!

Strip mall tavern with indoor as well as outdoor seating. A little cool tonight but we sat outside next to their gas heaters. Helps a little but not quite enough. Prices are in line with most other restaurants in the area. Food was great and the service was good. Would give a 5 but there's always room for a little improvement. 4 3/4!!

Mixed crowd with music that pleases all. (Although older mix of tunes.) Good food... good service and great late night menu. Bring a date and dance the night away.

Awsom pub food, great local spot

Looking for a place to eat after a show and found Carson's. There was a band playing 80s music and I was right at home. Everyone was having a great time in a great atmosphere.It was a very short menu but it was late so I was happy they were serving food. The burger was excellent and prepared well.I will be back again

All I can say, is.........WINGS!! Excellent! Delicious. Perfect. And the gang working there were so very friendly. I'll be back.

They have the best burgers in the cosmos.

Excellent choice. Great service, mostly friendly and efficient staff, good food that arrives quickly, pleasant atmosphere. Fish and chips was classic, wish they had a few more English pub-type choices. A few outside seats, presumably for smokers as there's no smoking inside. Interesting cross-section of young, old and families. Guinness on tap!

I love Carson's. The food is always excellent and the staff is phenominal! It was a little loud in there but we were still able to have an intimate conversation. (My husband and myself) The lady tending bar was a superwoman! Kudos to her!! Give her a raise Carson . XOXOXO

Amazing experience! Went at the last moment and couldn't have been happier.. Excellent food and the wait staff was GREAT! Even rhe manager came over and asked how we were doing.. We will be going back! The seafood jambalaya was to die for

Carson's is a favorite for stuart. All the food is top notch with the burgers being a favorite. The waitresses and bartenders are fantastic. Tuesday nights are Irish night if you're interested in a nice light Irish pub experience. Makes a great bar later in the night as well.

Great staff and food I recommend the shrimp scampi and the Mahi sandwich. Fun place to have lunch or dinner outside.
